Beijing Banjiu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is reorganized from the Ninth Semiconductor Beijing Corporation. The Ninth Semiconductor Beijing Corporation is a specialized factory dedicated to produce semiconductor devices for over 30 years and enjoys high prestige among the semiconductor industry in China.
With the deep development of national economic system reformation, the Ninth Semiconductor Beijing Corporation was reorganized as a company with limited liability(Ltd.) in December of 2001. After the foundation, the new company set up a management structure ruled by the juridical person in line with the Law of Corporation, and set up shareholder committee, directorate and supervisor committee. Following the rule of marketing economy, we adjust the administrative mode of the company and we will continually adjust the structure of products and industry according to the marketing requirement.
Banjiu believes in the idea that ninety li is only half of a hundred-li journey, which means the going is toughest towards the end of a journey. Banjiu has four economic entities, including two joint venture companies Beijing Yongjing Electronic Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jinghui Optoelectronical Electronic , both of which produce semiconductor and optoelectronical devices. Beijing Banjiu Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Jinjuyuan Hotel provides real estate management and hotel service. Beijing Jinwuling Building Material Co., Ltd. is a new company specialized in producing glass-steel windows and doors.
Our company has registered capital of six million Yuan and a staff of over 180. Banjiu is located in the urban district and takes up an area of 4600 sqm and a building area of 9000 sqm. With good location, our company has a promising future.
